Nederland ✓ Dagdienst ✓ 07.45 / 16.30 Wat ga je doen? ✓ Aansturen technische dienst ✓ Onderhoud coördineren ✓ Kwaliteit bewaken Dit ga je straks doen Onze opdrachtgever levert hoogwaardige verhuuroplossingen op het gebied van professioneel gereedschap en aanverwante services binnen de industrie, infrastructuur en offshore. Als Teamleider technische dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de technische dienst en zorg je ervoor dat het materieel, de machines en gereedschappen in optimale staat verkeren. Je bewaakt de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van de verhuurvloot en zorgt ervoor dat onderhoud, reparaties en keuringen tijdig en correct worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast stuur je het technische team aan, houd je overzicht over de lopende werkzaamheden en draag je actief bij aan het verbeteren van processen en dienstverlening. Ook ben je betrokken bij investeringsvoorstellen, onderhoud je contacten met leveranciers en volg je ontwikkelingen in de markt op de voet. Verder zul je je bezighouden met: - Dagelijks aansturen van de technische dienst; - Coachen en begeleiden van technisch personeel; - Coördineren van onderhoud, reparaties en keuringen; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning; - Oplossen van technische storingen en vraagstukken; - Beheren van technische administratie en rapportages; - Signaleren en doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen; - Opstellen van investeringsvoorstellen voor materieel en machines; - Onderhouden van contacten met lev...
