Teamleider Technische Dienst Kun jij monteurs, storingen en onderhoud zo organiseren dat de productie gewoon door kan? Als teamleider technische dienst bepaal jij in Rotterdam iedere dag wat er binnen het onderhoud moet gebeuren. Valt een installatie stil? Dan zet jij de juiste mensen erop. Staat er groot onderhoud gepland? Dan zorg jij dat monteurs, materialen en externe partijen klaarstaan. En blijft dezelfde storing terugkomen? Dan wil jij geen tijdelijke oplossing, maar pak je het probleem bij de oorzaak aan. Je stuurt het technische team en externe monteurs aan, verdeelt het werk en schakelt veel met productie en werkvoorbereiding. Je bent dus vooral bezig met leidinggeven, organiseren en verbeteren. Op deze locatie worden plantaardige oliën verwerkt die uiteindelijk terechtkomen in onder andere chocolade, croissants en andere voedingsmiddelen. Je werkt 40 uur per week in de dagdienst en draait mee in de consignatiedienst. Krijg jij mensen én onderhoud strak georganiseerd? Solliciteer direct.
