Samen met circa 35 collega's werk je aan de beste aardappelgeïnspireerde diepvriesproducten van Nederland en België. Elke dag brengt nieuwe uitdagingen, van het oplossen van storingen tot het waarborgen dat preventief onderhoud correct wordt uitgevoerd door zowel interne als externe medewerkers. Je bent ongeveer 40% van je tijd aanwezig op de werkvloer, waar je actief meewerkt aan technische vraagstukken en ondersteuning biedt aan het team. Daarnaast vervul je een coachende rol richting medewerkers en draag je bij aan hun ontwikkeling. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen en coördineren van de Technische Dienst binnen de productieomgeving; - Oplossen van storingen en ondersteunen bij complexe technische vraagstukken op de werkvloer; - Bewaken en laten uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud door interne en externe medewerkers; - Coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van teamleden; - Deelnemen aan het dagelijkse werkoverleg van de Technische Dienst en opvolgen van KPI's; - Waarborgen van wettelijke kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen binnen de organisatie; - Overdragen en opvolgen van werkzaamheden tijdens ploegenwissels om continuïteit te garanderen; - Meedraaien in een consignatiedienst (eens per zes weken), waarbij storingen vaak op afstand worden opgelost; - Vervangen van collega-teamleiders bij afwezigheid of vakanties.
