De baan Wat ga jij doen als Teamleider Technische Dienst?

Een team aansturen en begeleiden van zo’n 5 Servicemonteurs, waarbij je het directe aanspreekpunt bent en hen ondersteunt in de breedste zin. Natuurlijk blijf je als Teamleider een meewerkend voorman. Naast aansturen zorg jij voor de uitvoering en het onderhoud aan diverse gebouw gebonden installaties en de panden zelf, in jouw regio.

In overleg met de Werkvoorbereider, stel je de planningen en het consignatierooster op van jouw team. Jouw Team én jij als Teamleider werken in dagdienst 32-38 uur per week. Daarnaast om toerbeurt één week per maand ingeroosterd voor een consignatiedienst. Het gehele regioteam waarin je werkt, wordt aangestuurd door een Asset & Projectmanager.

Inhoud van jouw functie:

- Aansturen en coördinatie van het TD team, incl. maandelijks werkoverleg;

- Focus op veilig werken d.m.v. te organiseren Tool box meetings;

- Uitvoeren van Preventief/Correctief onderhoud en Projecten;

- Beoordelen van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden van jouw collega’s;

- Controle op de gewerkte uren van jouw team;

- Ondersteunen begeleiden en beoordelen van collega’s

- Ontvangen en begeleiden van en externe partijen op Locaties.

Ons aanbod

- Een salaris tot maximaal € 4.230,14 (o.b.v. 38 uur & afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring) conform schaal 8 van de zwembaden cao;

- Extra vergoeding van minimaal € 270,- bruto per consignatiedienst;

- 25 vakantiedagen bij een 38-urige werkweek;
