The posting

Als Teamleider Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen binnen de technische dienst. Het team bestaat uit drie technische medewerkers en jij zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden goed worden voorbereid, verdeeld en uitgevoerd.

Je bent daarbij niet alleen organisatorisch bezig. Juist jouw technische kennis is belangrijk. De techniek binnen de fabriek is voor ongeveer 90% mechanisch en 10% elektrisch, waardoor deze functie vooral interessant is voor iemand met een sterke werktuigbouwkundige achtergrond.

Je ondersteunt monteurs bij complexe storingen, denkt mee over verbeteringen en zorgt dat onderhoud en reparaties zo efficiënt mogelijk worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met productie en de technisch verantwoordelijke om processen en installaties verder te verbeteren.

De organisatie investeert veel in nieuwe machines en technische ontwikkelingen. Binnen de technische dienst worden niet alleen bestaande installaties onderhouden, maar wordt ook actief meegedacht over nieuwe oplossingen. Er zijn zelfs machines vanuit de technische dienst samen met de organisatie ontwikkeld en gebouwd.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Aansturen en begeleiden van de medewerkers binnen de technische dienst; - Plannen, coördineren en voorbereiden van onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden; - Ondersteunen bij complexe mechanische en elektrotechnische storingen; - Bewaken van de voortgang en kwaliteit van technische werkzaamheden; - Zorgen dat materialen, onderdelen en gereedschappen tijdig beschikbaar zijn; - Samenwerken met productie en teamleiders om stilstand zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen; - Signaleren van technische knelpunten en voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen; - Meedenken over aanpassingen, nieuwe machines en technische oplossingen; - Organiseren van trainingen en verdere ontwikkeling van het technische team; - Continu verbeteren van onderhoudsprocessen en werkwijzen.
