My Warehouse is het logistieke hart van My Jewellery, waar we in ons moderne warehouse van 10.000 m² dagelijks met de nieuwste technologieën en geavanceerde robotica werken om de bestellingen perfect en op tijd te verwerken. Jouw rol als Teamleider Technische Operatie is om overzicht te houden op de werkvloer en leiding te geven aan een team van operators. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de Geek+ robots, verpakkingsmachines en technische installaties optimaal beschikbaar zijn. Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en ondersteunt bij de uitbreiding van de Geek+ robots. Je werkt nauw samen met operators, technici, IT en externe monteurs. Daarnaast draag je bij aan een veilige, nette en goed georganiseerde werkomgeving. Functie-inhoud - Leidinggeven aan een team van 4 operators - Kleine technische issues oplossen - Schakelen met monteurs bij grotere storingen - Voortgang bewaken en onnodige stilstand voorkomen - Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen voor een slimmer warehouse - Zorgen voor een veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving Functie-eisen - Ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van een team - Technisch onderlegd met bij voorkeur een opleiding in een technische richting - Ervaring met machines en/of geautomatiseerde processen (ervaring met industriële automatisering is een pré) - Duidelijke communicatie en nauwkeurig werken - Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreken Wij bieden - 10% ploegentoeslag bovenop je basissalaris - 45% personeelskorting op onze hele collectie - Focus op jouw ontwikkeling via onze interne learning & development afdeling - 25 vakantiedagen op basis van 40 uur - 8% vakantiegeld uitbetaald in mei - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km

- Ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van een team - Technisch onderlegd met bij voorkeur een opleiding in een technische richting - Ervaring met machines en/of geautomatiseerde processen (ervaring met industriële automatisering is een pré) - Duidelijke communicatie en nauwkeurig werken - Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreken
