In het kort: Je gaat als meewerkend teamleider testmanagement en scrum masters medewerkers aansturen, test- en releaseprocessen borgen en verbeteren, kwaliteits- en implementatierisico’s minimaliseren en een sterke agile- en testcultuur binnen het Productiehuis bevorderen. Opdrachtomschrijving: Als Teamleider Testmanagement & Scrum Masters ben je verantwoordelijk voor de personele aansturing van testmanagers en scrum masters en de functionele aansturing van de GAT-vrijgave van releases en het ketentesten binnen het Productiehuis. Je werkt nauw samen met coördinatoren, de teamleider informatie-analisten, MIC en release management en maakt deel uit van het managementteam van de afdeling BBASs. De rol is gepositioneerd als meewerkend voorman waarbij personele en functionele aansturing in één profiel zijn gecombineerd. Vanwege de aard van de werkzaamheden zijn naast lijnmanagement-ervaring ook vakinhoudelijke kennis van zowel testen als scrum noodzakelijk. Achtergrond opdracht: IVOM is opgericht om de informatievoorziening binnen het OM te versterken, vernieuwen en professionaliseren. De rol van teamleider Testmanagement & Scrum Masters wordt tijdelijk ingevuld en kan intern niet worden belegd door de lopende organisatieontwikkeling. Deze inhuur lost de onrechtmatigheid op en borgt de continuïteit totdat de functie intern kan worden ingevuld. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Personele aansturing: Werven en selecteren, inwerken, ontwikkelen en beoordelen van medewerkers; coachen en stimuleren van eigenaarschap en vakmanschap; borgen van een veilige, professionele werkomgeving en evenwichtige capaciteitsinzet. - Functionele aansturing: Verantwoordelijk voor deploymentvrijgave-advies voor releases, besluitvorming rond releases en rapportage over testvoortgang; minimaliseren van kwaliteits- en implementatierisico’s; stimuleren van (test)procesverbeteringen en professionalisering van het testvakgebied, waaronder strategie, methodieken en automatisering; opdrachtgeverscha.
