Teamleider Toezicht Recreatie Noord-Holland zoekt een daadkrachtige en stevige TEAMLEIDER TOEZICHT 36 uur per week Velsen-Zuid Geef jij richting aan een team van professionele boswachters en zorg je voor een slimme inzet van toezicht en handhaving in onze recreatiegebieden? Voor het team Toezicht zoeken wij een teamleider die duidelijk leidinggeeft, samenwerking stimuleert en plannen omzet in resultaat. Over Recreatie Noord-Holland Recreatie Noord-Holland (RNH) beheert en ontwikkelt groene en waterrijke recreatiegebieden in Noord-Holland. Als uitvoeringsorganisatie voor vijf recreatieschappen en als beheerder van het Routebureau zorgt RNH ervoor dat bewoners en bezoekers veilig, gastvrij en ontspannen van de natuur kunnen genieten. Over het team Het team Toezicht bestaat uit circa zestien boswachters (boa's) en maakt deel uit van de afdeling Beheer en Toezicht. Zij zijn het aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en de ogen en oren van de gebiedsbeheerders. Samen met hun collega's binnen de afdeling dragen zij bij aan het beheer, onderhoud en veiligheid van de recreatiegebieden. Dit ga je doen Jouw belangrijkste opdracht is om het team Toezicht professioneel, goed georganiseerd en als één geheel te laten werken. Je geeft leiding aan het team, zorgt voor een optimale planning en inzet en voert de jaarplannen voor toezicht en handhaving uit. Je zorgt voor implementatie van het nieuwe boa-bestel. Ook geef je uitvoering aan het vastgestelde veranderplan en zorg je dat nieuwe afspraken en werkwijzen in de praktijk worden toegepast. Je hebt oog voor de kwaliteiten en ontwikkeling van je teamleden én voor de behoeften van interne en externe opdrachtgevers.
