Werken als Teamleider Transport Nacht? Dan zijn dit jouw taken: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en ondersteunt hen bij vragen, problemen, vertragingen en onverwachte situaties. Aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van chauffeurs en zorgen voor een goede samenwerking binnen het team. Zorgen voor voldoende bezetting en het oplossen van personele uitdagingen, zoals ziekmeldingen en wijzigingen in de inzetbaarheid van chauffeurs. Signaleren en oplossen van operationele knelpunten. Toezien op naleving van wet- en regelgeving, veiligheidsvoorschriften en interne procedures. Zorgen voor een optimale personeelsplanning. Verzorgen van een duidelijke overdracht naar de dagdienst. Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de transportoperatie en bijdragen aan een efficiëntere werkwijze. Jouw skills en ervaring Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van chauffeurs (50 in de rustige periode, oplopend tot 90 in de piekperiode) op meerdere locaties. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op verschillende vestigingen, waarbij je standplaats Aalsmeer is, maar je ook 1-2 nachten inzetbaar bent in Naaldwijk. Je bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar.
