Teamleider controlekamer

Als meewerkend teamleider controlekamer kom je terecht in een team van 10-15-tal collega’s (transportplanners, chauffeurs, administratieve medewerkers ontvangst & afgifte), waar je nauw samenwerkt met de andere operationele teams binnen Bakker Belgium.

Dagelijks verzorgt transport een 45-tal ritten naar onze klant. Daarnaast doen we ook ophalingen in de buurt. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat onze versproducten snel en betrouwbaar hun weg vinden van teler tot distributiecentrum van de klant.

In deze rol rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de procesleider.

Jouw taken

  • Leiding geven: je coacht, begeleidt en motiveert je teamleden en bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt. Je stimuleert samenwerking en denkt vooruit: je ontwikkelt een lange termijnvisie op vlak van personeelsinzet en benodigde vaardigheden in je team.
  • Planning: je bent verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte personeelsplanning. Je bewaakt de voortgang en grijpt in bij knelpunten.
  • Procedures & projecten: je bewaakt de kwaliteit en productiviteit van je afdeling en neemt deel aan verbeterprojecten. Je hebt daarnaast een goede kennis van regelgeving en marktevoluties binnen de transportsector.
  • Communicatie: je onderhoudt nauw contact met andere afdelingen om processen op elkaar af te stemmen.

Je werkt in deze functie standaard in dagdienst (maandag tot vrijdag). Enkel indien de nood er is per uitzondering vanuit operaties, vragen we flexibiliteit om in ploegendienst te werken (6-14u, 14-22u).

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt minimaal een bachelor diploma in jouw bezit, bij voorkeur binnen de richting transport of logistiek;
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol;
  • Vloeiende kennis Nederlands;
  • Analytisch vermogen en oog voor procesoptimalisatie;
  • Coachende leiderschapsstijl;
  • Je behoudt te allen tijde een helicopterview en bent communicatief sterk: je legt vlot contacten met andere afdelingen binnen Bakker en werkt op een constructieve manier samen met je collega’s.
