Dit ga je doen

Als Teamleider Uitvaartlocatie geef je dagelijks leiding aan een betrokken team op onze locatie in Zaanstad. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, coacht medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen én voor onze gasten soepel verloopt.

Samen met de Manager Uitvaartlocatie werk je aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de locatie. Bij diens afwezigheid neem jij de dagelijkse leiding over en zorg je ervoor dat de dienstverlening onverminderd doorgaat.

Je bent een verbindende leider die medewerkers laat groeien, overzicht bewaart en kansen ziet om de dienstverlening continu te verbeteren. Daarbij heb je oog voor kwaliteit, gastvrijheid én een efficiënte inzet van mensen en middelen.

Samen met jouw team zorg je voor een professionele uitvoering van alle dienstverlening rondom crematies, begrafenissen, opbaringen, rouwbezoeken, auladiensten en catering. Iedere familie moet zich welkom, gehoord en ondersteund voelen.

Omdat afscheid nemen zich niet laat plannen binnen kantooruren, ben je bereid om – wanneer nodig – ook in de avonden en weekenden aanwezig te zijn.
