Onze opdrachtgever is actief als producent van tuinartikelen en leveren in meer dan 60 landen wereldwijd. Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als teamleider verkoop binnendienst bedien jij een uitdagende commercieel leidinggevende positie en ben jij onder andere verantwoordelijk voor de volgende werkzaamheden: - Het aansturen van een team van 6 commerciële medewerkers; - Het stimuleren van de medewerkers op zowel inhoud als klantrelatie; - Het stimuleren van de medewerkers op het verbeteren van de verkoopresultaten; - Het streven naar een maximale klanttevredenheid; - Waarborgen van strategie, beleid en procedures van de afdeling; - Onderhouden van contacten met verschillende markten; - Ontvangen en verwerken van klantorders; - Het coördineren en rapporteren van de werkzaamheden; - Beschikbaarheid van producten controleren en eventueel zoeken naar alternatieven; - Telefonisch opvolgen van verzonden documentatie en offertes; - Meedenken over de verkoopstrategie en omzet verhogende activiteiten.
