Jouw functie

Als teamleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlot draaiende winkel en een sterke teamspirit. Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel er steeds netjes en goed gevuld bijligt en dat klanten zich welkom voelen.

Je taken:

  • Aansturen en coachen van een team van ±10 medewerkers
  • Organiseren en plannen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden
  • Actief meewerken op de winkelvloer
  • Zorgen voor een nette, volle en aantrekkelijke winkel
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten
  • Creëren van een positieve en klantgerichte sfeer binnen het team

PROFIEL Jouw profiel

  • Sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin en positieve drive
  • Sterk in plannen, organiseren en multitasken
  • Hands-on ingesteld en werkt graag mee op de vloer
  • Goede administratieve vaardigheden
  • Minstens een diploma secundair onderwijs
  • Ervaring als leidinggevende in retail of horeca is een plus
  • Je weet mensen te coachen, motiveren en enthousiasmeren
