The posting

  • Het veiligheidsbeleid binnen het productieteam en het verder uitdragen van deze binnen onze organisatie;
  • De aansturing en motivatie van je productieteam (7 personen). Hierbij maak je gebruik van je coaching vaardigheden en andere aangeboden tools (bijvoorbeeld groeigesprekken) om teamleden persoonlijk en professioneel verder te laten groeien binnen onze organisatie;
  • Het behalen van de productieplanningen volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteitseisen. Je kan hiervoor terugvallen op je technisch inzicht om medewerkers mee te begeleiden naar de juiste inzichten bij bijvoorbeeld storingen aan de machine;
  • Het productieproces waarbij je de juiste personen kan inzetten op de juiste plaats en waarbij je, indien nodig, zelf mee helpt om de continuïteit van het proces te bewaken;
  • Een duidelijke rapportage aan de productiemanager/plantmanager en andere betrokken afdelingen. Deze rapportage doe je zowel mondeling, als via de aangeboden rapportagetools;
  • Het werken aan projecten binnen onze productieomgeving om continu te blijven verbeteren en innoveren;
  • Als teamleider productie ben je een people manager in hart en nieren, het streven naar resultaten met je team geeft je energie;
  • Je kan mee redeneren over technische zaken binnen productie en hebt een goed technisch inzicht;
  • Je streeft naar continu verbeteren en legt de lat hoog voor jezelf en je team, toch kan je ook rust brengen in chaotische situaties;
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een productie omgeving;
  • Je hebt ervaring met Siemens PLC S7;
  • Veiligheid staat bij jou op de eerste plaats.
