The posting

Via Staffice ga je aan de slag bij een grote speler in de internationale logistiek. In deze rol combineer je het leidinggeven met het actief meewerken in het magazijn. Je opent de dag door de planning door te nemen met je team en de werkzaamheden logisch te verdelen. Gedurende de dag behoud je het overzicht over de inkomende en uitgaande goederenstroom en stuur je bij waar nodig. Zodra het erg druk wordt, stap je op de hef- of reachtruck om het team direct te ondersteunen. Daarnaast verwerk je administratieve gegevens in het WMS-systeem en overleg je met internationale relaties.

Werkzaamheden - Leidinggeven aan en begeleiden van een team van ruim 10 logistiek medewerkers. - Verdelen van de dagelijkse taken en bewaken van de algemene voortgang. - Garanderen van de veiligheid en kwaliteitsnormen op de werkvloer. - Bijspringen op de hef- en reachtruck wanneer de drukte daarom vraagt. - Registreren en verwerken van voorraadgegevens in het WMS. - Onderhouden van contacten met interne afdelingen en buitenlandse partners.

Wij zoeken - Aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol binnen de logistiek. - Ruime ervaring als hef- en reachtruckchauffeur. - Kennis van en ervaring met een WMS. - Goede spreek- en schrijfvaardigheid in het Engels. - Een proactieve houding en een praktische aanpak.

Wij bieden - Een marktconform salaris tussen € 3.171,82 en € 4.173,91 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur. - Een fulltime werkweek van maandag tot en met vrijdag (vroege en late dienst). - Vaste vrije weekenden. - Reiskostenvergoeding. - Opbouw van 8% vakantiegeld en recht op vakantiedagen. - Vaste begeleiding door een betrokken contactpersoon van Staffice. - Een leuke werksfeer is gegarandeerd.
