Beheersing Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Ervaring met het aansturen van kleine teams. Je blijft kalm onder druk en houdt altijd het overzicht. Kennis van MS Office; ervaring met een WMS is een pré. Je beschikt over kennis van logistieke processen en systemen. Je hebt enige kennis van het werken met een sorter-machine.

Als teamleider in ons warehouse ben jij de spil van ons team, soms in de nacht soms gedurende de dag. Je houdt het overzicht over wat er gisteren is gebeurd, wat er vandaag moet gebeuren en wat de toekomst brengt. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle logistieke processen op rolletjes lopen en dat onze klanten altijd op de hoogte zijn. Voor een optimaal proces overleg je veel met je team en collega. Met jouw leiderschap, werkplezier en organisatietalent vertaal je plannen naar de praktijk en zorg je voor een efficiënte en goed georganiseerde werkvloer. Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail, en je focust op het verbeteren van onze processen. Als het nodig is, aarzel je niet om je collega een handje te helpen. Je speelt een cruciale rol, ook tijdens de nachtdiensten, waar je er ook voor zal zorgen dat alles soepel blijft verlopen.

Samen met je team zorg je dagelijks voor een correcte verwerking van binnenkomende goederen. Je stuurt coacht en motiveert je team om het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Je signaleert knelpunten en afwijkingen, en zorgt voor een snelle en effectieve oplossing. Flexibel inzetbaar en kan betrokken worden bij verschillende warehouseprocessen. Je draait mee in de nachtdiensten en doet dit maximaal 50 procent per kalenderjaar. Je ziet toe op veiligheidsvoorschriften en bedrijfsregels. Wat heb jij te bieden?
