Teamleider Warehouse Apeldoorn - Op locatie - - Apeldoorn , Nederland - € 3.000 - € 4.000 per maand - Logistiek Vacature details Solliciteren Functieomschrijving Warehouse Teamleider in Aalsmeer Als Teamleider zorg jij ervoor dat de operatie in het distributiecentrum soepel verloopt. Jij bent zichtbaar op de vloer, motiveert je team en stuurt op kwaliteit, snelheid en samenwerking. Daarnaast pak je ook een aantal HR-taken op: je voert voortgangsgesprekken, begeleidt nieuwe collega's en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen rondom roosters, verlof en inzetbaarheid. Wat je doet op een dag: - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan jouw team van logistieke medewerkers (orderpickers, inpakkers, magazijnmedewerkers). - Je zorgt voor een efficiënte werkverdeling en bewaakt de voortgang en productiviteit in het warehouse. - Je voert HR-taken uit: o.a. het plannen van roosters, inwerktrajecten begeleiden, functioneringsgesprekken voeren en ziekteverzuim in de gaten houden. - Je motiveert, coacht en ontwikkelt jouw team zodat iedereen met plezier kan werken én kan groeien. - Je signaleert knelpunten in processen en doet verbetervoorstellen richting de DC Manager. - Je springt zelf bij in het warehouse wanneer dat nodig is - samen maken we het waar! Werktijden: Ons Distributiecentrum is geopend van maandag tot en met zaterdag, waarbij jouw werktijden liggen tussen 06:00 en 17:30 uur. En we zien je graag om de week op de zaterdag verschijnen. Op piekdagen, zoals Valentijnsdag en Moederdag zijn we op de zondag geopend. Jij bent onze nieuwe collega als je… - minimaal mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau hebt. - ervaring hebt met leidinggeven. - energie krijgt van samenwerken met mensen en het beste uit een team halen. - goed kunt schakelen tussen de operatie en HR-taken. - heeft ervaring met WMS en ritoptimalisatie- en transportplanningssoftware. - flexibel en stressbestendig bent, vooral tijdens piekperiodes. - oog hebt voor kwaliteit ...
