Teamleider Winkel (donderdagmiddag) Voedselbank Dordrecht is een stichting zonder winstoogmerk en werkt uitsluitend met vrijwilligers. We bieden mensen die het financieel slecht hebben een steuntje in de rug. Dit doen we in de vorm van een tijdelijk voedselpakket, welke ontzorgd. Met een volle maag kun je immers beter aan je toekomst werken De Voedselbank Dordrecht geeft wekelijks aan 350 gezinnen voedselhulp vanuit de voedselbankwinkel. Die is vijf middagen per week geopend. Klanten kunnen er eenmaal per week op een vaste dag winkelen. Voor onze voedselbank zoeken wij op donderdagmiddag een enthousiaste teamleider voor in de winkel. Wat ga je doen? · op donderdagmiddag aanwezig als teamleider en incidenteel ook eens invallen op een andere middag. · op die middag ben je verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen in de winkel en aansturing van jouw team (ca 6 medewerkers) · je zorgt voor een goede personeelsplanning, fijne werksfeer en veilige werkomstandigheden · Je werkt nauw samen met andere collega's van de voedselbank · Je zorgt voor een prettige winkelervaring voor de klanten in een uitnodigende goed gevulde en schone winkel. · je handelt eventuele klachten af.
