The posting

In de functie van Teamleider Zeevracht Belading ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse logistieke proces op de zeevrachtafdeling. Je begint de werkdag met het aansturen van de stuwploeg en zorgt dat vrachtcontainers volgens de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen worden geladen, gestuwd en gelost. Vervolgens voer je inspectierondes uit over het terrein, in de loods en bij de koelcellen om eventuele onregelmatigheden op te sporen. Gedurende de dag bewaak je het voorraadbeheer, neem je besluiten bij operationele problemen en werk je nauw samen met de Warehouse Manager.

Werkzaamheden - Coördineren van de operationele werkzaamheden op de zeevrachtafdeling. - Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van de medewerkers in de stuwploeg. - Opstellen, bewaken en bijsturen van de dagelijkse planning. - Controleren van het veilig en correct laden, stuwen en lossen van containers. - Uitvoeren van dagelijkse inspectierondes op het terrein, in de loods en in de koelruimtes. - Beheren van de aanwezige voorraad en het meetgereedschap. - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt bij operationele knelpunten en direct actie ondernemen. - Handhaven van de voorschriften rondom de Hygiënecode, GDP en de Luchtvaartwet.
