Onze eerste teamleiders zijn gestart en we zoeken nieuwe collega's die willen meebouwen aan sterke teams en een fijne plek waar goede zorg, welzijn en werkplezier samenkomen. Hoe ziet jouw werk eruit? Als Teamleider Zorg & Welzijn geef je richting aan je team. Je geeft medewerkers vertrouwen én duidelijke kaders. Je neemt niet over wat zij zelf kunnen, maar helpt hen verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, samen te leren en goed werk te doen. Samen met je team kijk je wat bewoners vandaag nodig hebben en wat morgen beter kan. Zo breng je de ambitie van HOZO in de praktijk: bijdragen aan een prettig leven, ondersteunen wat mensen zelf kunnen, samen met anderen mogelijk maken wat nodig is en ruimte bieden om te blijven leren. Dat doen we samen met naasten, vrijwilligers en collega's. In de dagelijkse praktijk schakel je tussen teamontwikkeling en onderwerpen zoals planning, kwaliteit, verzuim, vitaliteit, bezetting en continuïteit. Je ziet waar het schuurt, pakt verbeterpunten op, viert successen en zorgt dat je team weet waar het naartoe werkt. Je werkt onder verantwoordelijkheid van de Manager Zorg & Welzijn. Je hebt je eigen team en werkt nauw samen met de andere teamleiders, behandelaren, HR en ondersteunende diensten. Samen zorgen jullie voor goede afstemming in de dagelijkse praktijk.
