Ihre Aufgaben

* Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören - nach qualifizierter Ausbildung - die Betreuung unserer bestehenden Kund_innen und die Beratung unserer Neukund_innen.

* Des Weiteren sind Sie für die Personalgewinnung, Einarbeitung von Vertriebsmitarbeiter_innen, die Führung und das Coaching von Kundenberater_innen zuständig.

Qualifikation

* Sie haben bereits Vertriebserfahrung, idealerweise in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche dies ist, aber keine Voraussetzung.

* Des Weiteren haben Sie idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Vermögensberater_in-, Versicherungsagent_in oder Versicherungsmakler_inprüfung dies ist jedoch keine Voraussetzung.

* Erfahrung in der Kund_innenberatung, Personalgewinnung und Mitarbeiter_innenführung ist von Vorteil.
