* Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung eines Teams von SPS-Programmierer:innen

* Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanung für laufende Projekte

* Entwicklung, Standardisierung und Qualitätssicherung von SPS-Programmen sowie Visualisierungslösungen

* Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme industrieller Anlagen mit Siemens TIA Portal oder STEP7

* Technische Analyse von Lasten- und Pflichtenheften mittels gängiger Methoden

* Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei technischen Anfragen sowie Angebotsausarbeitung

* Durchführung technischer Sicherheitsbewertungen wie Risikoanalysen

* Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Elektrotechnik, Projektmanagement und Serviceabteilungen

* Abstimmung technischer Inhalte mit internationalen Kunden und Standorten

* Reiseeinsätze innerhalb Europas zur Inbetriebnahme, Abstimmung oder Kundenbetreuung (20 %)

Überzeuge uns mit deinen Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik (z. B. HTL, FH, TU)

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der SPS-Programmierung mit Siemens STEP7/TIA Portal

* Erfahrung in der Leitung kleiner Teams oder Bereitschaft zur Übernahme dieser Aufgabe

* Kenntnisse zu Maschinensicherheit sowie CE-Kennzeichnung wünschenswert

* Praxiserfahrung im Sondermaschinen-, Anlagenbau von Vorteil

* Vertrautheit mit Methoden der Risikobeurteilung nach aktuellen Normen

* Der Anforderung entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Bereitschaft zu europaweiten Dienstreisen (bis ca. 20 %)
