Dein Job, du...

* entwickelst maßgeblich das Geschäftsfeld Bedarfsverkehr weiter und forcierst den strategischen und wirtschaftlichen Aufbau weiterer Geschäftsfelder innerhalb der Österreichischen Postbus AG.

* identifizierst neue Marktpotenziale, entwickelst innovative Mobilitätsprodukte und Geschäftsmodelle und führst diese erfolgreich in den operativen Betrieb über.

* repräsentierst das Unternehmen gegenüber öffentlichen Auftraggeber:innen und politischen Entscheidungsträger:innen.

* steuerst federführend den Lebenszyklus neuer Mobilitätslösungen - von der Marktanalyse über Produktentwicklung und Vertrieb bis hin zur operativen Umsetzung - unter anderem auch in Zusammenarbeit mit der Tochtergesellschaft Mobius Mobility GmbH - sowie laufende Weiterentwicklung.

* führst und entwickelst die dir direkt unterstellten Mitarbeiter:innen und förderst eine vertrauensvolle sowie effektive Zusammenarbeit im Team.

Dein Profil, du...

* verfügst über eine abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung (Universität oder FH), vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Verkehr, Mobilität, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Raumplanung, Geographie, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen.

* überzeugst durch einen modernen, kooperativen Führungsstil sowie eine verantwortungsbewusste und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.

* bist in den Bereichen Innovation, Digitalisierung und Mobilität zuhause.

* zeichnest dich durch wirtschaftliches & out-of-the-box Denken aus und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.

* bist flexibel, verlässlich und Reisebereitschaft gehört für dich selbstverständlich dazu.

* Für die Funktion "Teamleiter:in Bedarfsverkehr" ist ein Mindestentgelt von € 85.550,- brutto/Jahr (All-In) sowie ein variabler Gehaltsbestandteil von 10% vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
