Das Aufgabengebiet

* Termingerechte Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

* Fachliche Begleitung von Investitionsvorhaben und Bewertung buchhalterischer Fragestellungen im Anlagenbereich

* Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen

* Aktive Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung von SAP S/4HANA

* Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung bei bilanziellen, steuerlichen und organisatorischen Themenstellungen

* Ansprechpartner_in für Wirtschaftsprüfung, Steuerberatung und interne Schnittstellen

* Erstellung aussagekräftiger Analysen, Kennzahlen und Management-Reports

* Mitarbeit in unternehmensweiten Projekten mit finanzwirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines engagierten Accounting-Teams

Das Profil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting bzw. Rechnungswesen im produzierenden Umfeld

* Idealerweise erfolgreich abgeschlossene Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung und Abschlusserstellung

* Praxis in SAP-Anwendungen: Erfahrungen mit SAP S/4HANA oder ERP-Einführungsprojekten sind von Vorteil

* Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

* Analytische Denkweise, hohe Eigenverantwortung und Umsetzungsstärke

* Kommunikationsgeschick sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Unternehmensbereichen

* Interesse an Prozessverbesserungen und Digitalisierungsthemen

Zusätzliche Infos
