Du kennst dich mit Werkzeug, Maschinen und klassischen Baumarktsortimenten aus? Du arbeitest gerne mit Menschen, übernimmst Verantwortung und verstehst es, ein Team zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln?

Für unseren Markt in in 2230 Gänserndorf suchen wir eine engagierte und verkaufsorientierte Teamleitung DIY (m/w/d).

Aufgabenbereich:

* Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst dein Team und bist dabei ein Vorbild im täglichen Arbeitsalltag.

* Du planst den Personaleinsatz und sorgst für klare, effiziente Abläufe in deinem Bereich.

* Du berätst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden fachkundig, freundlich und lösungsorientiert.

* Du stellst eine hohe Warenverfügbarkeit und eine attraktive Warenpräsentation sicher.

* Du kümmerst dich um Sortimentspflege, Bestellungen und Bestandskontrollen.

* Du setzt Verkaufsaktionen und Werbemaßnahmen erfolgreich um.

* Du hast Umsatz, Rohertrag, Lagerbestand und Inventurergebnisse im Blick.

* Du arbeitest eng mit der Marktleitung und den anderen Teamleitungen zusammen.

* Du packst im Tagesgeschäft aktiv mit an und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für ein positives Einkaufserlebnis.

Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Handel, Handwerk oder in einem technischen Beruf

* Gute Fachkenntnisse in den Bereichen Werkzeug, Maschinen, Eisenwaren oder vergleichbaren DIY-Sortimenten

* Erste Führungserfahrung oder die Motivation, den nächsten Schritt in eine Führungsposition zu machen

* Freude am Verkauf und an der persönlichen Kundenberatung

* Unternehmerisches Denken und Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen

* Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Teamgeist sowie eine positive und motivierende Persönlichkeit

* Gute Computerkenntnisse und Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend

* Zeitliche Flexibilität im Rahmen unserer Öffnungszeiten
