Als zentrale Serviceeinheit bündeln wir in der Wiener Stadtwerke Kundenservicegesellschaft die Service- und Abrechnungsprozesse im Energiebereich und sorgen mit effizienten Abläufen für eine starke Servicequalität. Tag für Tag sind wir mit vollem Einsatz für rund zwei Millionen Kund_innen in und um Wien da. Was uns antreibt? Lösungen zu schaffen, die sich konsequent an den Bedürfnissen unserer Kund_innen orientieren. 1 Teamleiter_in Forderungsbetreibung Vollzeit 37,5 Stunden 1030 Wien, Thomas-Klestil-Platz 14

Das erwartet dich

* Du führst dein Team fachlich und disziplinär und unterstützt deine Mitarbeiter*innen in ihrer fachlichen sowie persönlichen Weiterentwicklung.

* Du steuerst die Prozesse der Forderungsbetreibung und stellst eine effiziente, wirtschaftliche und qualitativ hochwertige Bearbeitung der Forderungsfälle sicher.

* Du verantwortest die operative und strategische Ausrichtung des Teams, analysierst Kennzahlen und leitest Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der vereinbarten Ziele ab.

* Du optimierst laufend Prozesse und Abläufe und schaffst damit die Grundlage für effiziente Arbeitsweisen und eine hohe Servicequalität.

* Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen sowie externen Partner*innen, insbesondere Rechtsanwaltskanzleien und Inkassobüros, und begleitest relevante gerichtliche Verfahren.

* Du setzt Verbesserungsmaßnahmen konsequent um, arbeitest aktiv an der Erreichung der Team-, Gruppen- und Abteilungsziele mit und bringst deine Expertise in Projekte und Weiterentwicklungsinitiativen ein.

Das bringst du mit

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau.

* Idealerweise hast du bereits Führungserfahrung gesammelt und Freude daran, Menschen zu entwickeln, zu begleiten und in ihrer fachlichen sowie persönlichen Entwicklung zu unterstützen.

* Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen in der Forderungsbetreibung, Insolvenzabwicklung und im Inkassowesen sammeln.

* Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis für kaufmännische und buchhalterische Zusammenhänge.

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP IS-U oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System zeichnen dich aus.

* Hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung runden dein Profil ab.

* Eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus. Gleichzeitig triffst du Entscheidungen mit hoher Sicherheit und Klarheit.

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 4.155,24 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeit (Wiener Stadtwerke Kollektivvertrag, Besoldungsordnung B, Schema I, Gehaltsgruppe H), abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
