* Leitung und Entwicklung des Serviceteams

* Disposition der Servicetechniker

* Kommunikation Kund_innen und Mitarbeiter_innen

* Auftragsabwicklung

* Technische Unterstützung der Kund_innen und des Serviceteams

* Aus- u. Weiterbildung des Serviceteams

* Unterstützung bei Verwaltungstätigkeiten

* Technische Ausbildung im Bereich der Kraftfahrzeugtechnik idealerweise in Bau- und Landmaschinentechnik oder Nutzfahrzeugtechnik

* Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft

* Branchenerfahrung Baumaschinentechnik von Vorteil

* Technische Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* PC-Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
