Von der Firma entwickelte Maschinen und Anlagen werden montiert, in Betrieb genommen, getestet und an den Kunden ausgeliefert.

Ihre zukünftige Rolle:

* Entwicklung von komplexen Produkten und Systemen (Kunststoff/Metall) vom Konzept bis zur Realisierung in der Fertigung

* Führung eines Konstruktions-Teams bestehend aus internen und externen Spezialisten

* Koordination von Arbeitspaketen und Kontrolle der Ergebnisse

* Vorentwicklung, Visualisierung und Dokumentation innovativer mechanischer Systeme

* Begleitung der Überleitung von Produkten in die Fertigung

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Lieferanten und international verteilten Entwicklungszentren

* Verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Entwicklungsprozesses

Das ist Ihr Job, wenn Sie Folgendes mitbringen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU) Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Kunststofftechnik, o.ä.

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Realisierung von Produkten aus Kunststoff und Metall

* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in Entwicklungsumgebungen ist Voraussetzung

* Sehr gute CAD-Kenntnisse

* Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
