Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie sind zuständig für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Konstruktions- und Engineering-Teams (ca. 10 Mitarbeitende aus den Bereichen Mechanik, Mechatronik und Design) und übernehmen dabei die Budget- sowie Zielverantwortung

* Ein wesentlicher Teil Ihrer Aufgabe ist die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Teams, insbesondere der eingesetzten Methoden- und Toollandschaft (z. B. CAD, PLM)

* Sie verantworten die Entwicklung und Serienbetreuung komplexer technischer Systeme - von der Konzeptphase über die Prototypen- und Musterphase bis hin zur Serienproduktion

* Sie organisieren und steuern ein effizientes Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Konstruktion, Produktion, Qualitäts- und Produktmanagement

* Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminzielen in den Projekten sicher

* Sie fördern und begleiten Ihre Mitarbeitenden in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung

Unsere Erwartungen

* Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (FH/Uni/HTL) mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit

* Mehrjährige Praxis sowie Führungserfahrung im Konstruktions- bzw. Entwicklungsumfeld zeichnen Ihren bisherigen Werdegang aus

* Der souveräne Umgang mit 3D-CAD-Systemen (z. B. Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA) zählt ebenso zu Ihren Stärken wie ein fundiertes Verständnis mechatronischer Zusammenhänge

* Ihre Persönlichkeit ist geprägt von Führungskompetenz, Entscheidungsstärke und einer klaren Kommunikation

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse sowie solide Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
