Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Teamleiter_in Lagerlogistik Ihre Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für unser Lager und den Materialfluss für unsere Baustellen und für unsere Monteure. Dabei führen Sie ein Team von ca. 4 Mitarbeitern und arbeiten als echter Trainer-Spieler aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit.

Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:

º Führung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des Lagerteams

º Operative Mitarbeit im Lager (Wareneingang, Kommissionierung, Materialausgabe)

º Sicherstellung der termingerechten Baustellenversorgung

º Verantwortung für Lagerbestände und Inventuren

º Optimierung von Lagerprozessen und Lagerstruktur

º Schnittstelle zwischen Lager, Einkauf, Innendienst, Projektleitung und Bereichsleitung

º Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit

Das bringen Sie mit:

º Abgeschlossene technische, handwerkliche oder logistische Ausbildung

º Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Lagerlogistik, Materialwirtschaft oder Baustellenlogistik

º Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

º Technisches Verständnis, idealerweise im Anlagen-, Rohrleitungs- oder Tiefbau

º Staplerschein

º Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

º Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamgeist

Vergütung
