Deine zukünftige Rolle:

* Du entwickelst unseren Markenauftritt weiter (inkl. Corporate Design, strategischer Mediaplanung, Contentsteuerung & KPI-Management) & setzt diesen gemeinsam mit dem Verkauf & HR erfolgreich um.

* Du entwickelst zielgruppengerechte Kommunikationsstrategien für Kunden & Jobsuchende.

* Du bist für das digitale Marketing zuständig von Performance-Marketing, SEA und Social-Media-Ads, bis zur Betreuung unserer Website & unseres Intranets.

* Du führst & entwickelst das Marketing-Team und sorgst für effiziente Prozesse & Strukturen.

Damit begeisterst Du uns:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Marketing, Digital Marketing, Online-Marketing o. vergleichbare Qualifikation.

* Erfahrung im Bereich Performance-Marketing, Kampagnen & KPI-Management.

* Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google-Analytics, KI-Tools & Co. kannst Du im Schlaf bedienen.

* Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich & lösungsorientiert mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch & behältst den Fokus.

* Du überzeugst mit Umsetzungsstärke, Hands-on-Mentalität & einem partnerschaftlichen Führungsstil.

Das erwartet Dich bei ERA:

* Sicherer Arbeitsplatz: Sichere und langfristige Anstellung in einem krisensicheren Unternehmen

* Homeoffice: 1x wöchentlich Homeoffice inkl. Bereitstellung von modernem Equipment.

* Gleitzeit: Wähle aus 3 verschiedenen Gleitzeitmodellen - Auszahlung, Zeitkonto oder Mischform.

* Arbeitszeit: Frei einteilbar zw. 6:00 - 18:00 Uhr, Kernzeit: 8:30 - 15:00 Uhr, freitags 8:30 - 12:00 Uhr.

* Gleittage: Zusätzlich zu den 25 Urlaubstagen sind 15 Tage pro Jahr Zeitausgleich möglich.

* Familiäre Atmosphäre: Familiengeführtes Unternehmen mit Wertschätzung am Arbeitsplatz.

Das Einstiegsgehalt für diese Stelle beträgt EUR 50.000,- Brutto pro Jahr auf Vollzeitbasis (kein All-in!).

Die Einstufung erfolgt im Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte - Metallgewerbe.

Abhängig von Deiner Ausbildung und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung vorgesehen.
