Wir suchen für unseren Kunden 1 Teamleiter_in / Projektmanager_in Montage, Instandhaltung, Service & Inbetriebnahme Einsatzort: Großraum Graz

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

- Teamleitungsfunktion inkl. persönlicher Personalauswahl und fachlicher, wie auch disziplinarischer Führung

- Fachliche Auswahlverantwortung im Recruitingprozess neuer Teammitglieder

- Einsatzplanung und effiziente Personaleinteilung der internationalen Instandhaltungsteams

- Auf- und Ausbau von international tätigen Serviceteams

- Organisation und Förderung von Teamentwicklungsmaßnahmen durch Schulungen

- Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von Schulungs- und Weiterbildungskonzepten

- Einarbeitung, Schulung und Support von Instandhaltungsleitern und Servicetechnikern

- Qualitätsmanagement inkl. Fehleranalyse und dem Erkennen, wie auch Nutzen von Verbesserungspotentialen

- Fachliche Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Ausarbeitung von Angeboten

- Kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung und -optimierung im Team

Unsere Anforderungen

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (LAP / HTL / FH / TU)

- Nachweisliche und tiefgehende Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung und/oder im technischen Serviceumfeld

- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von großem Vorteil

- Ausgeprägte Führungserfahrung im Team- oder Abteilungsumfeld

- Erfahrung in der Personalauswahl und Teamentwicklung erwünscht

- Internationale Reisebereitschaft von ca. 30 %

- Gute bis sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Ausgeprägtes Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent

- Zuverlässiger und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil

- Durchsetzungs- und Umsetzungsstärke

- Kommunikative_r Teamplayer_in im internationalen Umfeld

- Hilfsbereitschaft und Teamorientierung

Das übliche Bruttomonatsgehalt für vergleichbare Positionen startet, je nach Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung, ab € 4.200,- brutto/Monat, woran man sich auch bei den Verhandlungen zu dieser Position orientieren wird. Je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation ist ein deutlich höheres Gehalt verhandelbar.
