Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Teamleiter_in Softwareentwicklung Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Fachliche und organisatorische Führung eines kleinen Entwicklungsteams

* Aktive Mitgestaltung zukünftiger Maschinen-, Steuerungs- und Softwarekonzepte

* Entwicklung funktionaler und sicherheitsgerichteter Softwarelösungen für mobile Arbeitsmaschinen

* Planung, Priorisierung und Steuerung von Entwicklungsprojekten sowie Koordination der laufenden Aufgaben im Team

* Verantwortung für Ressourcen-, Kapazitäts- und Terminplanung innerhalb des Teams

* Sicherstellung einer strukturierten, effizienten und qualitätsorientierten Projektabwicklung

* Gewährleistung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen, Richtlinien und gesetzlicher Anforderungen (z. B. Maschinenrichtlinien/-verordnung, Cybersecurity)

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität) im Bereich Softwareentwicklung, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Software- bzw. Steuerungsentwicklung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung mit CODESYS sowie der IEC 61131-3 Programmiersprache Structured Text (ST)

* Erfahrung im Bereich funktionale Sicherheit (z. B. EN ISO 13849, IEC 61508 oder vergleichbare Standards) von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse im Bereich Cybersecurity für industrielle Steuerungssysteme (z. B. IEC 62443 oder CRA) wünschenswert

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz sowie Teamfähigkeit

* Adäquate Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Arbeitszeiten

* Vollzeitanstellung (38,5 h/Woche)

* Montag - Freitag mit Gleitzeitmodell
