Ihre Aufgaben * Sie führen die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter und fördern die Entwicklung der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der Stabstelle * Sie leiten Ihre Organisationseinheit wirtschaftlich, effizient und mit klarem Fokus auf Ergebnisse und Ressourcenoptimierung * Sie entwickeln die strategische Ausrichtung der IT aktiv weiter und gestalten moderne digitale Lösungen * Sie verantworten die Weiterentwicklung der IT-Architektur, konzipieren diese und sorgen für deren Umsetzung * Sie steuern die Entwicklung der IT-Security-Konzepte und deren Umsetzung * Sie erstellen das IT-Budget im Rahmen der Jahresplanung und sind für die * mittel- und langfristige (Investitions-)Planung verantwortlich * Sie führen Verhandlungen mit externen IT-Partner:innen, überprüfen und aktualisieren Wartungsverträge und steuern das Partner:innenmanagement * Sie planen, konzipieren und setzen IT-Projekte um bzw. verantworten das Projektcontrolling * Sie arbeiten eng mit den anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um fachübergreifende Lösungen und einen reibungslosen Betrieb zu gewährleisten * Sie kooperieren mit den IT-Leitungen der anderen Länderkammern und wirken bei gemeinsamen Projekten zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung der österreichweiten IT-Strategie mit * Sie arbeiten in IT-Themen im 2nd level Support operativ mit * Sie bereiten Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Entscheidungsträger auf

Arbeitszeit: Gleitzeit, 38,5 Stunden

Fachlich bringen Sie mit * Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung und einschlägige Erfahrung * Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern sowie in der Gestaltung effizienter und serviceorientierter Teamstrukturen * Sehr gute Kenntnisse und einschlägige Erfahrung in MS-Client- und Serveradministration, bevorzugt Erfahrung und gute Kenntnisse mit 365 Microsoft und Azure-Cloud * Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: SW-Paketierung und Verteilung, Client- und Server-Virtualisierung, Netzwerktechnik, Applikationsbetrieb, IT-Security und KI-Lösungen * Sehr gute Kenntnisse zu IT-Projektmanagementmethoden und einschlägige Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten, vor allem einschlägige Projekterfahrung in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Migrationsprojekten, idealerweise in der Einführung von Microsoft 365/Azure * Gute Kenntnisse im IT-Prozessmanagement und IT-Servicemanagement sowie Erfahrung in der Prozesskonzeption und -umsetzung; Itil-Erfahrung von Vorteil * Fundierte IT-Architektur-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Systemen * Breitgefächertes IT-Security Knowhow und einschlägige Erfahrung im Betrieb von Systemen mit hohen Sicherheitsanforderungen * Der Position entsprechend gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
