Für das SPAR-Zentrallager in Maria Saal suchen wir ab sofort eine/n: 1 Teamleiter (m/w/d) für das SPAR-Zentrallager in Maria Saal Aufgaben

* Sie sind für die Führung, Einteilung und Steuerung der Mitarbeiter:innen verantwortlich

* Sie sind erste Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeiter:innen Ihres Bereiches

* Sie optimieren, steuern und überwachen die Arbeitsabläufe, führen laufend Kontrollen durch und sind für die laufende Optimierung der internen Prozesse zuständig

* Sie sorgen für die Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäftes mithilfe unseres elektronischen Warenwirtschaftssystems

* Sie tragen die Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Warenauslieferung an alle unsere Outlets, sowie der Einhaltung und Überprüfung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

* Sie stimmen sich mit den internen Abteilungen ab

Profil

* Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik/Mitarbeiter:innenführung von Vorteil

* MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook) und IT-Erfahrung von Vorteil

* Kommunikationsstärke und genaues Arbeiten

* Empathische und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit

* Dienstplanabhängige Einsätze an Sonn- und Feiertagen

* Für diese Position beträgt das kollektivvertragliche Bruttogehalt auf Basis Vollzeit € 2.362, -- monatlich (zzgl. Zulagen), mit der Möglichkeit einer Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation
