Als Teamleitung Telefonverkauf bist du nicht nur Ansprechpartner für dein Team, sondern auch Impulsgeber,

Organisator und Problemlöser_in. Du sorgst dafür, dass Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren, unterstützt deine Mitarbeiter im

Tagesgeschäft und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn es einmal hektisch wird.

Du motivierst Menschen, entwickelst Prozesse weiter und weißt, dass guter Kundenservice immer Teamarbeit ist.

Deine Aufgaben

- Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung unseres Telefonverkaufsteams

- Sicherstellung einer zeitgerechten und korrekten Verrechnung bzw. des Clearings

- Professionelle Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Beschwerden

- Erstellung von Kundenangeboten

- Unterstützung und Stellvertretung der Leitung Innendienst

- Mitgestaltung und Optimierung unserer Abläufe und Prozesse

Dein Profil

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder Erfahrung im Telefonverkauf/Vertriebsinnendienst

- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse

- Führungserfahrung

- Organisationsgeschick und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

- Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Prozessen und Systemen

- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit MS Business Central
