AUFGABENGEBIET

* Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung eines fünfköpfigen Teams

* Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Planungs- und Koordinationsprozesse

* Ressourcen und Kapazitäten planen unter Berücksichtigung von Qualifikationen und Kund_innenanforderungen

* Enge Abstimmung mit Customer After Sales, Montageleitung und Fachbereichen

* Kennzahlen analysieren und Verbesserungen ableiten

* Einführung neuer Prozesse, Systeme und Organisationsänderungen unterstützen

* Servicebereich aktiv weiterentwickeln

ANFORDERUNGEN

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, Meister oder vergleichbare Qualifikation), vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau oder Mechatronik

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Service, in der Disposition oder der Auftragsabwicklung

* Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie organisatorisches Geschick

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsstärke

* Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Microsoft 365

Für diese verantwortungsvolle Führungsposition bieten wir ein Jahresbruttogehalt von EUR 70.000 bis EUR 75.000. Abhängig von Qualifikation und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Teamleiter Service (Disposition) (m/w/d)

beträgt 70.000,00 EUR brutto pro Jahr auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
