Für unser Team suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung. 1 Teamleiter Strategischer Einkauf (m/w/d) WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN

* Inspirierende Führung von 5 Mitarbeitenden

* Umsetzung der Warengruppenstrategien unter Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern

* Verantwortung über eines wettbewerbsfähigen Lieferantenportfolios

* Initiieren von Maßnahmen zur Kostenreduzierung

* Durchführung von Vertragsverhandlungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Engineering und Qualität

* Verantwortung für den Einkauf von direkten Materialien auf nationalen und internationalen Märkten

* Verantwortlich für den Plan to Strategy und Source to Contract Prozess

* Wahrnehmung des Entscheidungsspielraums im Verantwortungsbereich

* Operative Einkaufstätigkeiten im Rahmen einer selbst verantworteten Warengruppe

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

* Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL/FH/Universität) erforderlich

* Kalkulations- und Bauteilkostenverständnis sowie relevante Einkaufserfahrung im Bereich Maschinenbau, Automobil, Nutzfahrzeugindustrie erforderlich

* 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung erforderlich

* Fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert

* Hohe Motivation und Leistungsbereitschaft

* Engagement und Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Integrität

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP, Teamcenter)

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position bezogen auf die Erfüllung der angeführten Anforderungen beträgt € 4.767,21 brutto monatlich bezogen auf Vollzeitbeschäftigung (Kollektivvertrag für Fahrzeugindustrie).
