In der Leitung der Automatisierungstechnik übernimmst du die fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für ein spezialisiertes Team und steuerst Automatisierungsprojekte von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme.

Deine Aufgaben

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams Automatisierungstechnik

* Planung von Personal-, Termin- und Budgetressourcen

* Verantwortung für Projekte - von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung moderner Automatisierungskonzepte

* Sicherstellung von Qualität, Sicherheit, Normen und CE-Konformität

* Optimierung von Standards, Prozessen und Dokumentationen

* Koordination interner Fachbereiche sowie externer Partner

* Aktive Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen

Das bringst du mit

* Technische Ausbildung in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Automatisierungstechnik

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau

* Führungserfahrung oder ausgeprägte Führungsambition

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in SPS-Programmierung, idealerweise Siemens TIA Portal

* Erfahrung mit HMI-, SCADA- und Visualisierungssystemen

* Sicherer Umgang mit Elektro- und Prozessschaltplänen

* Gute Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

* Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen von Vorteil
