Arbeitsort: Salzburg Anstellungsart: Vollzeit (Festanstellung)

Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung des Bereichs Data & Analytics.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung eines spezialisierten Teams

* Planung und Steuerung von Projekten im Bereich Datenmanagement und Analytics

* Weiterentwicklung bestehender Datenstrukturen, Schnittstellen und Analyseprozesse

* Sicherstellung einer verlässlichen Datenqualität sowie geeigneter Standards und Prozesse

* Analyse und Aufbereitung komplexer Daten für unterschiedliche Unternehmensbereiche

* Beratung interner Ansprechpartner:innen bei datenbezogenen Fragestellungen

* Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in geeignete technische und datenbasierte Lösungen

* Weiterentwicklung von Reporting- und Analyseinstrumenten

* Begleitung von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten

* Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Einsatzes moderner Technologien im Bereich Datenanalyse und künstliche Intelligenz

* Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen sowie Mitwirkung an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Data Science, Mathematik, Statistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld

* Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen oder in der Leitung von Projekten

* Gute Kenntnisse in der Datenverarbeitung, Datenmodellierung und Analyse

* Erfahrung mit gängigen Programmiersprachen und Datenbanktechnologien

* Verständnis für moderne Datenarchitekturen und digitale Prozesse

* Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Machine Learning und künstliche Intelligenz von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
