Als Teamleiter Data & Analytics (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines engagierten Teams, schaffen die Grundlage für fundierte Geschäftsentscheidungen und fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen und IT.

Das tragen Sie zum Unternehmenserfolg bei * Sie führen und entwickeln unser Data-&-Analytics-Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und fördern eine leistungsorientierte Teamkultur. * Sie planen, steuern und realisieren Data-Engineering- und Analytics-Projekte und schaffen eine verlässliche Datenbasis für fundierte Geschäftsentscheidungen. * Sie verantworten den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung moderner Datenplattformen, Datenpipelines sowie die Integration der SAP-Datenlandschaft und weiterer Datenquellen. * Sie stellen eine hohe Datenqualität, Performance und Data Governance sicher und sorgen für die Einhaltung von Datenschutz-, Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben. * Sie beraten Fachbereiche und Management, übersetzen Geschäftsanforderungen in datengetriebene Lösungen und gestalten die Data-&-Analytics-Strategie aktiv mit. * Sie fördern die Nutzung von Self-Service-Analytics und unterstützen die Fachbereiche mit Standards, Methoden und modernen Datenlösungen. * Sie koordinieren die unternehmensweiten KI-Aktivitäten, entwickeln den Einsatz von Machine Learning und generativer KI weiter und stellen deren verantwortungsvollen Einsatz sicher.

Das sollten Sie mitbringen * Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Data Science, Informatik, Mathematik, Statistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. * Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Data Engineering oder Data Science sowie idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten. * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Data Engineering, ETL-/ELT-Prozessen, Datenmodellierung sowie sehr gute Python- und SQL-Kenntnisse. * Erfahrung mit SAP-Datenintegration (idealerweise SAP Datasphere und SAP Analytics Cloud) sowie mit Microsoft 365, SharePoint und Daten-Governance-Konzepten. * Know-how im Bereich Machine Learning, KI (inkl. generativer KI), Cloud-Technologien sowie DataOps/MLOps. * Interesse oder Erfahrung in der Koordination von KI-Initiativen sowie Verständnis für KI-Governance und regulatorische Anforderungen. * Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

Arbeitszeit: 38,5 Wochenstunden, Gleitzeit
