Zur Verstärkung in unserem EMSR-Team suchen wir eine engagierte 1 Teamleitung Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) - Standort: Villach, Vollzeit/ 38,5 Stunden Was erwartet Dich:

Für einen optimalen Arbeitseinsatz bei uns bringst du optimalerweise folgende Eigenschaften mit:

* Leitung unseres Elektrotechnik-Teams (ca. 3-6 Personen) und Weiterentwicklung

* Planung und Steuerung von Ressourcen - intern und extern

* Kontinuierliche Verbesserungen (KVP)

* Verantwortung der elektrotechnischen Planung und Auslegung unserer Anlagen

* Prüfung und Freigabe von Elektroschaltplänen

* Sicherstellung der Qualität unserer Dokumentation

* Sicherheitsvalidierung, ATEX-Auslegung und Wärmelastberechnung

* Laufende Weiterentwicklung unserer Elektrostandards

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Inbetriebnahme, Automatisierung, Konstruktion, Fertigung und Service

* Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern

Was bringst DU mit

* Für einen optimalen Arbeitseinsatz bei uns bringst du optimalerweise folgende Eigenschaften mit:

* Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung (HTL, FH/Uni, Meister o.Ä.)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Anlagenbau / Elektrotechnik / Planung oder Inbetriebnahme

* Erste Führungserfahrung oder der klare Wunsch, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Umsetzungskraft

* Lösungsorientiertes, strukturiertes Arbeiten

* Der anspruchsvollen Arbeit entsprechende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20 % - v.a. Deutschland & Nachbarländer)

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Empathie, interkulturelle Kompetenz

* Engagement und Entscheidungsfähigkeit

* Analytisches Denken, Lernbereitschaft

* Organisationsvermögen, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit
