The posting

Pro Juventute konzentriert sich mit ca. 600 Mitarbeiter:innen auf die Betreuung von Kindern und Jugendlichen in sozialpädagogischen und intensiv betreuten Wohngemeinschaften in 7 Bundesländern in Österreich sowie auf die mobile Betreuung von Kindern und Jugendlichen in Ihren Familien in Österreich.

Die sozialpädagogische Wohngemeinschaft befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Kuranstalt im Bezirk Ried im Innkreis. Hier werden bis zu zwölf Kinder und Jugendliche ab sechs Jahren betreut. Weiters gehört eine Katze, Hühner, Hasen und Schildkröten zu dem Haus.

Wir suchen eine 1 Teamleitung für die Wohngemeinschaft Mettmach (m/w/d) Teil - oder Vollzeit

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene facheinschlägige Ausbildung (Soziale Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Pädagogik, Erziehungswissenschaft, Psychologie, Psychotherapie, Dipl. Behindertenpädagogik, Diplomsozialbetreuung Familienarbeit, Elementarpädagogik, Lehramt Volksschule, akad. sozialpäd. Fachbetreuer:in in der KJH)

* Sie besitzen praktische Erfahrung in der stationären Kinder- und Jugendhilfe und/oder einem Feld der Sozialen Arbeit

* Sie haben erste Erfahrungen in der Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen

* Sie haben Interesse an eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten

* Sie besitzen einen Führerschein Klasse B

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Leitung eines Teams mit bis zu 16 Mitarbeiter:innen in fachlichen und disziplinarischen Themen

* Professionelle Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und Angehörigen, mit Schulen, mit der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe und weiteren Unterstützungssystemen

* Durchführung von administrativen Aufgaben, wie Dienstplangestaltung im BMD-Programm, Dokumentation uvm.

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der pädagogischen und gesetzlichen Qualitätsstandards im Sinne unseres Leitbildes

* Betreuung und Förderung der Kinder und Jugendlichen im Alltag und in Krisensituationen

* Unterstützung der Kinder und Jugendlichen in der Entwicklung sozialer Kompetenzen und Konfliktlösungsstrategien

* Durchführung von freizeitpädagogischen Aktivitäten
