* Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Industrial Engineering Teams einschließlich Definition klarer Ziele und Verantwortlichkeiten * Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Produktions- und Logistikprozessen sowie Arbeitsplätzen und Betriebsmitteln nach Lean-Management-Prinzipien * Layoutplanungen auf Arbeitsplatz- sowie auf Werksebene, bei Bedarf auch standortübergreifend * Planung, Steuerung sowie Monitoring von Industrialisierungsprojekten bis zum erfolgreichen Serienanlauf * Entwicklung und Pflege eines standardisierten Prozesses zur Ermittlung und Verwaltung von Sollzeiten * Bewertung und Integration neuer Technologien zur Steigerung der Effizienz entlang der Wertschöpfungskette * Weiterentwicklung des Shopfloor Managements sowie Sicherstellung einer sicheren, sauberen und effizienten Arbeitsumgebung * Förderung eines motivierenden Arbeitsumfelds und einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (Operational Excellence) * Sparringpartner für Führungskräfte aus dem Bereich Produktion und Logistik

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Industrial Engineering, Produktionsumfeld oder in der Prozessoptimierung, idealerweise im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau oder in der Metallverarbeitung * Führungserfahrung sowie Freude an der Arbeit mit Teams * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Management, Prozessoptimierung sowie im Projektmanagement * Verständnis für Produktionsverfahren und Fertigungsorganisation * Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität * Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; Power BI ist von Vorteil * entsprechende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
