WELCHE AUFGABEN ERWARTEN DICH BEI UNS

* Führung und Koordination des Logistik-Teams im laufenden Tagesgeschäft

* Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe sowie Priorisierung und Organisation der täglichen Anforderungen

* Durchführung und Kontrolle relevanter Buchungen und Prozesse im System

* Laufende Abstimmung mit Produktion sowie angrenzenden Fachbereichen

* Analyse bestehender Prozesse und aktive Mitarbeit an deren Weiterentwicklung

* Mitwirkung bei organisatorischen, technischen und logistischen Optimierungsprojekten

* Sukzessive Übernahme zusätzlicher Führungs-, Organisations- und Prozessverantwortung

* Mitverantwortung für die operative Steuerung von Lager, Logistik und Versand

* Vorbereitung auf die zukünftige Gesamtverantwortung des Bereichs

WOMIT DU UNS BEGEISTERN KANNST

* Abgeschlossene technische, kaufmännische oder logistische Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung in Lager, Logistik oder Versand, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen

* Erfahrung in der Führung bzw. Koordination von Mitarbeitenden

* Bereitschaft, auch operativ Verantwortung zu übernehmen und nahe am Tagesgeschäft zu arbeiten

* Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Prozesse, Abläufe und Schnittstellen

* Interesse an Prozessoptimierung und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

* Technisches Verständnis bzw. Erfahrung aus einem industriellen Umfeld von Vorteil

* Hohe IT-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen; Erfahrung als Key User von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Durchsetzungsvermögen kombiniert mit einer bodenständigen und wertschätzenden Führungspersönlichkeit

* Wunsch, sich langfristig in eine umfassendere Führungsrolle weiterzuentwickeln
