Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Geräte stets einwandfrei funktionieren - ganz ohne unnötige Bürokratie, dafür mit viel Rückhalt, Zusammenhalt und echter Wertschätzung.

Entspannt den Überblick behalten: Du koordinierst die Aufträge in der Werkstatt, planst die Abläufe klug und sorgst dafür, dass alles rund läuft.

Qualität ohne Stress sichern: Du achtest darauf, dass bei Reparatur, Wartung und Hygiene die

Gemeinsam Audits meistern: Bei Qualitätsprüfungen bist du der entspannte Ansprechpartner und zeigst, was unser Team draufhat.

Sicherheit im Blick haben: Du sorgst ganz selbstverständlich dafür, dass Arbeitsschutz und

Hygienevorgaben im Werkstattalltag eingehalten werden.

Was du im Gepäck haben solltest:

Technische Basis: Eine technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH/Uni oder Fachschule) in Medizintechnik,

Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder einem ähnlichen Feld.

Erfahrung mit Menschen &Technik: Erster Praxishintergrund in der Führung oder Koordination von Teams im technischen Umfeld oder in einer Werkstatt.

Macher-Mentalität: Du denkst lösungsorientiert, bleibst auch bei spontanen Herausforderungen gelassen und hast Freude an sauberer Arbeit.

Teamplayer aus Überzeugung: Du kommunizierst offen, hörst zu und begegnest deinen Kolleg:innen auf Augenhöhe.
