Job ID 83402 Deine Aufgaben

* Fachliche Leitung des Einkaufsteams

* Entwicklung und Implementierung der Einkaufsstrategie

* Innovative Weiterentwicklung der Materialgruppenstrategie

* Erstellung von internationalen Beschaffungsmarktanalysen und Weiterentwicklung einer nachhaltigen Lieferantenstrategie

* Verhandlungsführung

* Mitarbeit in Projekten, insbesondere im Bereich Kosten- und Wertanalyse

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Geschäftspartnern

* Erfolgreiche Umsetzung der gemeinsam definierten Einkaufsziele

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im Einkauf sowie erste Führungserfahrung

* Erfahrung mit Bestellsoftware für die Bedarfsplanung (z.B. addONE)

* Hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Reisebereitschaft

* Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und unternehmerisches Denken

* Kommunikationsstarke und durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Problemlösungskompetenz
