Namhafte Hersteller wie Audi, VW, KTM, Thule oder Schwarzmüller zählen zu unseren Kunden. 1 TEAMLEITUNG SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT OPERATIVE Sie möchten Verantwortung übernehmen und gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team die operative Supply Chain aktiv gestalten? In dieser Schlüsselposition steuern Sie bereichsübergreifende Prozesse, koordinieren Kapazitäten und sorgen für eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit zwischen Kunden, Lieferanten, Produktion, Logistik und externen Produktionspartnern.

* Verantwortung für die operative Steuerung des Supply Chain Managements sowie für die Führung des Bereiches SCM Operative

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung, Entwicklung und Förderung der Mitarbeiter:innen

* Abstimmung und Optimierung von Kapazitäten sowie Auslastung von Produktion und Logistik - intern und mit externen Produktionspartnern

* Planung und Koordination von Produktionsverlagerungen

* Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Bereiche SCM Sales, Procurement, Production & Logistics

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informations- und Materialflusses entlang der Supply Chain

* Analyse, Optimierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Abläufen im operativen Supply Chain Management

Was uns überzeugt...

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (HAK, HTL, FH oder Universität)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder Produktionsplanung

* Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
