über 300 Destinationen ansteuert, suchen wir für den Standort Salzburg 1 Teamleitung / Team Lead

Reservierungszentrale (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben:

* Ausführliche Einschulung und Heranführen an die Position im Ausmaß von mindestens 6 Monaten (Perspektivische Anstellung)

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines zugeteilten Teams

* Coaching & Hilfestellung der Call Team Mitarbeitenden

* Gesamtverantwortung und Management der Teamperformance

* Erstellung von abteilungsrelevanten Statistiken

* Schriftliche und telefonische Annahme, Bearbeitung und Verwaltung aller Kundenreklamationen und -anfragen von Vertriebspartnern und Endkundenanliegen in deutscher und englischer Sprache

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teamleitungen anderer Teams, sowie der Standortleitung/Management

* Kommunikation mit KollegInnen in Italien sowie der Unternehmenszentrale in englischer Sprache

* Einschulung neuer Mitarbeitenden (Modultrainings) sowie Personalentwicklung

* Partielle Unterstützung des Reservierungsteams in der Einzelreservierung

Du bringst mit:

* Abgeschlossene (kaufmännische) Ausbildung, Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position oder fundierte Vorerfahrung in der Touristik oder Dienstleistung, vorzugsweise mit erster Führungserfahrung

* Quereinsteiger_innen willkommen! Es folgt eine umfassende interne Einschulung über 4 Wochen

* Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung & Empathisches Vermögen

* Selbständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität, Ziel- & Ergebnisorientierung sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, kompetente Sprachanwendung (mind. B2 nach GER)

* Sehr gute telefonische und schriftliche Verkaufstechniken

Gehalt

Reservierungszentrale (m/w/d) beträgt 3.146,27 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
