Vollzeit

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams aus Treppen- und Zauntechniker_innen * Organisation und Begleitung der technischen Projektabwicklung im Metallbau (Treppen- und Zaunsysteme) * Unterstützung bei der Planung und Abstimmung laufender Montage- und Fertigungsprojekte * Mitverantwortung für die termingerechte und qualitätsbewusste Umsetzung von Kund_innenaufträgen * Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Kund_innen, Vertrieb, Einkauf, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Produktion * Laufende Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Abläufen in der Projekt- und Montageabwicklung * Unterstützung bei technischen Klärungen und lösungsorientierte Mitarbeit im Projektverlauf * Verantwortung für die Organisation, Einsatzplanung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams * Mitarbeit bei der Standardisierung und Verbesserung von Prozessen im technischen Projektumfeld

Anforderungsprofil * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, HTL, Meister, FH oder vergleichbar) von Vorteil * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Führung eines technischen Teams * Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung im Metallbau, idealerweise im Bereich Treppen- und/oder Zaunsysteme * Nachweisbare Praxis in Personalführung, Einsatzplanung und operativer Teamsteuerung * Hohes technisches Verständnis und Praxisnähe im Metallbau * Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke * Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität * Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
